UPDATE: Newegg came through with the RMA. However, it looks like it may of picked up a few of the reference cards issues so just be careful when purchasing. Took plenty of pictures because I've heard the horror stories, but it was within the 30 days newegg policy, and I did purchase the extended warranty on it.
